Awdesh Chetal
CEO
Awdesh has been leading the global sales and business development for the company across USA, Middle East and Africa. His leadership saw the company grow to more than 100 people team in Middle east in less than 3 years and win marquee customers. His motto is "Attitude" is everything" and believes that with the right attitude and focus we can reach all our goals.

Awdesh is a Bachelor in Electronics Engineering and studied Entrepreneurship at the Tepper school of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

He has earlier worked with international technology and consulting firms including Adayana, Tarang and 3i Infotech in sales and business Development roles.

Ravi Chandran
Regional Sales Director
Ravi Chandran is heading our Oman & UAE operations and helping us acquire new logos in the areas of BI, Data Sciences, and IOT.

He holds Masters in Business Administration (IT) and has worked as a Website Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager,
Pre-sales & Head of Applications during his 20 years career span in the IT Industry by helping customers with their critical business application requirements.
He likes to travel and meet people across the globe, acquire knowledge through various forums, build and maintain relationships

Rajib Haque
Regional Sales Manager
Rajib holds an MBA (Oil & Gas Management) with focus on International Business and has more than 15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.

He has earlier worked with Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. accountable for multinational clients from US, Europe & Gulf. He has successfully overseen many direct large complex applications, transformational and infrastructure outsourcing projects and partner sales model for domain/technology focused enterprise applications for Oil & Gas, Utility and process manufacturing clients. He likes exploring new places with learning new cultures and enjoys playing cricket.

Ravi Kumar
Region Head( Africa )
Ravi Kumar is running the Hyperthink Kenya business since its incorporation in February 2012. The Kenyan team led by him is making steady progress in acquiring new customers & also improvising the value proposition that HyperThink offers to the African organisation

Ravi Kumar is a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering & has worked in the Automotive component manufacturing industry for 8 years before moving to the IT industry. He has worked as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Pre-sales & Business Development Manager during his 10 years career span in the Industry.

Ravi Kumar is continuously improving his skills in the areas of Financial management, Business strategy, Retail & Distribution, Insurance, Healthcare & Local Government administration. He has travelled extensively in the Middle East & African countries in his consulting & sales career.
