Key Responsibilities

🔹 Startup Onboarding & Compliance

– Oversee the eKYC process for startups to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal investment guidelines.

– Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline portfolio company onboarding processes.

🔹 Startup Scouting & Evaluation

– Identify and scout high-potential FinTech startups aligned with strategic investment goals.

– Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market assessment, and risk evaluation.

🔹 Investment Management

– Coordinate the end-to-end investment lifecycle, including deal structuring, legal documentation, and fund disbursement.

– Track investment milestones and portfolio performance metrics to ensure growth and strategic alignment.

🔹 Startup Enablement & Mentorship

Design and host workshops for startups, focusing on:

– Investment readiness

– Financial planning

– Scaling strategies

– Support portfolio companies with fundraising strategies, market entry plans, and investor relations.

🔹 Portfolio Monitoring

– Monitor the progress of invested startups and provide periodic updates to management and key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience working with startups, venture capital, innovation hubs, or FinTech ecosystems

– Strong background ininvestment analysis, startup evaluation, and portfolio management

– Ability to conductfinancial, market, and risk analysis

– Experience mentoring startups and facilitating ecosystem programs

– Arabic proficiency is preferred

• Responsible for a large portfolio of IoT, Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Automation projects.
• Specialized in end-to-end IoT technology landscape covering Edge, Cloud, Analytics & Applications.
• Expertise in IoT & AI based technology product/solutions, requirement analysis, coordinating, design & and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
• Knowledge of Industry Connected Products, & Industrial IoT landscape. Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M Consulting.
• Responsible for Secured IoT Device, Cloud infra & Dashboard.
• Responsible for Project Delivery Management, Software Solution Development, Architecture, Design, and Development.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and timelines across the software development team.
• Good exposure on systems development cycle ideologies such as Knowledge-based Decision Making and Product Performance metrics.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Agile methodology and SCRUM practices would be a significant added advantage.
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and that quality standards are met.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Learn & acquire technical & business skills to deliver project successfully.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks across projects.
• Contribute to project proposals, RFP & and Business development strategy.

Amazon Web Services (AWS), Big Data, IoT PTC ThingWorx, Microsoft Azure, Condition Monitoring,

Managing Interconnected Networking Devices · Embedded C++ · Cloud Applications · Cloud Infrastructure · Kubernetes, Microservices , Cloud Security, Predictive Analytics.

PMP, AWS, Azure Certified Cloud, or equivalent certification.

Minimum 4 to 5 IoT & AI projects successful delivery & implementation.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in Automation Industries and oil & Gas environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, (R and SQL are plus)

Experience in Data Science(Python Programming, statistical analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning),and research abilities to extract, clean, and prepare data for model ingestion.

Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and other quantitative methods to analyze large and complex datasets.

The data scientist will work closely with our team of data engineers and data architects to collect and process large amounts of data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with experience in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis.

Use data visualization techniques to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
